Steps
- To access the voicemail for your desk phone line simply click the voicemail button (looks like an envelope on the right hand side).
- You will be prompted for your voicemail password
- If this is the first time accessing your voicemail your password will be the same as your extension number.
- After entering your password you will be prompted to record your name, as well as messages for unavailable and busy options in your voicemail.
- After recording the messages you will be prompted to change your password. Any four digit number will work.
- Voicemails can be played by pressing 1. You can erase a voicemail by pressing 7.
- If you want to check your voicemail from another phone, or access your personal voicemail account.
- Dial *98.
- Enter the extension you are trying to access.
- Enter your password.
- On first access you will be prompted to record your greetings and change your password.
- Any voicemails sent to your personal extension will automatically be attached as a recording and sent to your email.
